Fees & consultation
You deserve expert representation without having to pay through the roof for it.
Talk through what has happened and find out how John can help. There is no obligation to instruct him.
The work required depends on the allegation, the evidence and the stage of the case. John will discuss your individual requirements.
Ask what is included and whether further work or hearings could affect the cost. You can make your decision with that information to hand.
How fees work
Fees can vary for several reasons, such as the number of hearings, their location, whether your case ends up at trial, whether an expert report is needed, how complex your case is etc.
Once I’ve analysed your case and understood the course that it could take, I’ll provide you with fixed preparation and representation costs for every eventuality. Whether you need me for a single appearance or multiple, you’ll know how much it will cost in advance.
Payments can be staged and I will charge you considerably less than a law firm would. Plus, you’d have the advantage of working with me directly rather than several faces with limited understanding of your background and instructions.
Our initial discussion about your case is free, so you have nothing to lose by booking a call with me.
Let’s be clear
Your first consultation is free. Before you instruct me, we’ll discuss the work involved and the fees, so you can make an informed decision.
More about feesYes. Personal representation is central to the practice. Your initial conversation is with John, and he will explain how he can help with your case.
Any letters, notices or court papers you have received, along with the dates of any hearing or police interview. If you don’t have everything to hand, you can still get in touch.
John represents clients across England and Wales. Share the location of your case when you get in touch so he can discuss the arrangements with you.
Make the date and urgency clear when contacting John. For an imminent hearing or interview, please call rather than waiting for an email response.
